**Acknowledgment**

 

I acknowledge that I have been informed about the TopGolf rules and the associated risks. I have reviewed the rules at https://topgolf.com/us/play-safely/Some.

 

**General Rules**

- Each bay can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people (including players), with a maximum of 6 players participating in the game. For safety reasons, only one person may be hit at a time.

- Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the building or on the premises.

- TopGolf is a pet-free venue. This includes dogs, other pets, therapy animals, and emotional support or comfort animals, with the exception of service animals assisting guests with disabilities.

- Only small flash photography cameras, point-and-shoot cameras, and cell phones are allowed for filming at our venues. Professional lenses or lenses longer than 3 inches are prohibited. Gimbals may be used to stabilize the phone or camera. Drones and audio recorders are not permitted.

- Outside food and beverages are not allowed.

 

I agree to follow all rules and instructions provided by the event organizers and TopGolf, and I commit to conducting myself safely and responsibly throughout the duration of the event.

 

By acknowledging this agreement, I agree to attend the event at no charge. However, I understand that I will be billed $150 if I fail to attend without providing emergency documentation for my cancellation. 

 

I hereby release TopGolf, its affiliates, employees, and volunteers from any liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising from or related to my participation in the guessing game event. I understand that by signing this acknowledgment agreement, I waive certain legal rights and agree to be bound by its terms.
